Marco Laguardia Hotel & Suites New York

My recent stay at this hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. While the room was clean and well-equipped, the price for multiple nights was a bit high. The staff was courteous and professional, but some employees lacked training in customer service. The complimentary breakfast had wonderful customer service, but some amenities listed were not available. The location was convenient with a nearby gas station and store, and the free shuttle service was a plus.

The hotel's near the airport, which made travel easy. Christmas decorations were charming, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. Although parking was pricey, rooms were comfy and close to great Chinese restaurants. A few hiccups with room keys, but staff addressed issues promptly.

Accommodating hotel with accommodating staff, has favourable location by subway. Great service during our just perfect stay.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and clean with good wi-fi. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, a refrigerator and a sitting area.

The breakfast variety was nice, staff were pleasant, and the room had convenient amenities. However, the parking situation and lack of clarity on extra charges were a bit of a hassle. Still, I would consider staying again with different transportation plans.

I liked every detail about my quite comfortable 4 nights stay here. The hotel was in a central setting on a quiet street near the Westbahnhof. Cafe Iris Tea and Bakery located 1.0 mi away was a nice surprise.

This fairly clean hotel has a warm lobby. 0.5 miles away from LaGuardia airport.

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally accommodating, and the cleanliness and atmosphere were fantastic. Unfortunately, the lack of on-site parking caused some concern, but the public parking was sufficient. The breakfast was delightful, but missing out on dinner at the closed Magna restaurant was a slight disappointment. Would gladly revisit with alternative transportation arrangements in mind.

Functional room, comfy bed, hearty breakfast! Staff members at this inclusive hotel were all cordial. The location of the venue was central, right by LaGuardia Airport, Chinatown in Flushing. Again, I walked to see a free synagogue. Great place for a 4-night stay: )

Well, the area was pretty bad overall.

Great value, room was huge, staff were amiable. We loved the continental breakfast which was included.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

This place was hip new and had very good location and food, I loved it. This hotel was in a fairly quiet area not far from shops. New world mall was also near the venue.

The bed in my room was uncomfortable.

The staff was polite and helpful. They provide shuttle service to the nearby airport and paid for a taxi when their driver was unavailable. The location is close to shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable, albeit smaller than expected.

Fairly clean place, exceptional service, welcoming staff. Liked clean bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an individual safe and a seating area in our deluxe double room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms may not be fancy, but they are cozy and comfortable, with a large TV screen and a kitchenette for convenience. The location in Flushing's Chinatown was ideal, with plenty of interesting places to explore nearby.

The room was spacious and the hotel's location was super convenient, especially for exploring the local Chinese community. I dug the free shuttle to the airport and the helpful staff. They've got a cool leisure/TV room to chill and unwind after a long day. Only slight downside was the need to chase down extra breakfast vouchers at check-in, but that didn't dampen my overall positive vibe.👍

In addition, the fridge in the room and the pleasant green tea-scented shampoo provided were nice touches. There were plenty of parking options available at reasonable prices.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious suite and the well-equipped kitchenette. It was great to have the option to prepare some meals in the room. The hotel's location was also a key factor for me, with close proximity to Flushing's Chinatown and Korean town. Being just a short 5-minute walk from the subway station made it convenient to explore other parts of the city as well. the abundance of nearby restaurants provided ample dining options.

The lack of utensils in the kitchenette, difficult to fully utilize the cooking facilities. Another issue was the absence of clear fire safety instructions in the room.

As someone traveling by car, I really appreciated the convenience of Marco LaGuardia's close proximity to shops and restaurants. It made exploring the area so much easier.

I was kinda surprised with the spacious and clean room I stayed in, including a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The hotel's location near the subway station and Asian restaurants made it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet was also worth trying.

I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service from and towards the airport. The on-site restaurant provides delicious meals, and the woman at the front desk provided excellent service despite being alone.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel in the heart of vibrant Chinatown. The spacious rooms werevery comfy and tidy, and the complimentary shuttle service from the airport was a big plus. The staff, especially Eddie, were really nice too make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and excellent amenities.

The location is convenient as it is close to the number 7 subway and La Guardia airport. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff who provide great service. The complimentary breakfast offers a good variety of hot and cold food options to start the day. Additionally, there is an Italian restaurant on the first floor that serves delicious food.

The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms is a major inconvenience for guests.

We loved the continental breakfast and the cordial staff. It was the deluxe double room with a fairly clean bathroom. Welcoming lobby.

I loved the hotel, it was reasonably spacious and fairly clean, location was unbeatable in a ' Chinatown '. Lots of supplies in the room : a safe box, a refrigerator and a sitting area. A continental breakfast had something for everyone. The service was absolutely courteous.
